All participants of the 9th AIB-CEE Chapter Annual Conference must be a valid member of AIB that means the membership fee must be paid (the status can be checked in the online system of AIB). AIB membership fee should be paid directly to the AIB (https://www.aib.world/membership/).

Early bird by 15th May 2023 - 190 EUR + AIB membership fee
Regular fee by 15th June 2023 - 240 EUR + AIB membership fee
PhD Students: 100 EUR conference fee + AIB membership fee
Late registration additional fee after 15th June 2023: + 50 EUR

The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions and exhibits as well as all the conference materials, refreshments, lunches, and conference gala dinner. The registration fee does not include travel costs, accommodation, insurance, gala dinner for any accompanying persons.
Please note that all participants must register and pay in advance to attend the meeting.
The payment should be done with a bank transfer or advance payment invoice. There is no possibility for an invoice payment or payment at the site during the conference.
